Submitting a request does not create a service agreement or guarantee availability. Carrico AV & Technology will confirm scope, scheduling, and final pricing before work begins.

Estimates and pricing

Published prices are starting points. Parts, equipment, software, extended travel, and unusually complex work may cost more. Any additional charges will be discussed before work proceeds.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing lawful access to equipment, accounts, locations, and data needed for approved work, and for maintaining current backups of important data.

Third-party products

Hardware, software, internet services, and streaming platforms are provided under their own terms. Carrico AV & Technology cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party products or services.
